Your OpportunityAs a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You will also work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to meet our customers' needs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, create tailored proposals, and negotiate agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and providing professional consultation.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in deploying our services, including training customer personnel.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to maximize value for both customers and EasyPark.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and market analyses.
- A few years of experience in account management.
- Strong sales and consulting background, preferably in SaaS or hardware solutions.
- Experience working with public sector clients, particularly municipalities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems as part of the sales process.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A goal-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in Danish and English at a professional level.
