Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Flat Roof Insulation Manager to join our Product Management team in the Nordics region. This role will be responsible for leading product strategy for flat roof insulation across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio, introducing new products and phasing out obsolete ones.
  • Support sales forces with product requests and provide expert knowledge for extraordinary sales projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information and documentation, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a strong technical background in engineering, building construction, or similar.
  • 5 years of experience working with technical aspects of products, preferably in the building industry.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial insight and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing market demands.
