As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you'll be part of a diverse team from 40+ countries with offices in Denmark, the U.S., South Korea, and Australia.
About the role
As a Business Development Associate, you will create high-quality connections with potential customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for our prospective clients in Japan, driving business growth and playing a pivotal role in Queue-it's continued expansion.
Responsibilities
- Create and qualify new sales opportunities by developing and launching strategic awareness campaigns and engaging in discovery calls to generate and qualify new leads.
- Take full responsibility for researching, prospecting, and reporting on your assigned campaigns, becoming an integral part of our Business Development Team focusing on the Japanese market.
- Collaborate for growth by working closely with the marketing and sales teams in our Copenhagen office (and others) to create engaging, market-optimized content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about researching, strategizing, and communicating with prospects to drive new business.
- Has the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented and structured approach.
- Has a collaborative, global mindset and enthusiasm for new business development and SaaS technology.
- Can independently and collaboratively initiate, establish, and maintain partnerships.
- Able to connect closely with our Sydney office through remote means, and there may be times when collaboration across different time zones is required.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Extensive knowledge of the Japanese market.
- A minimum of one year's full-time experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (our office language).
Practicalities
The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
