We are currently seeking a talented Jewelry Boutique Associate to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

About the Role:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them select the perfect Pandora product that meets their needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Pandora products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to ensure seamless sales interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual merchandising principles and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• A strong passion for jewelry, sales, and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and practices.
• Fluency in Danish and English languages is required.
