Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital transformation efforts, focusing on streamlining processes and enhancing data quality across production sites. Key tasks include:

  • Aligning progress with key partners and stakeholders, including Packing & Packaging R&D leadership team, Engineering & Workplace leadership team, IT, and Operational Transformation organization.
  • Driving the 'smart factory' agenda to define needs and interfaces on behalf of P&P.
  • Leading the Digital roadmap for Packing & Packaging (P&P), encompassing both processes and equipment.

You will act as the digital product owner in P&P R&D, defining and aligning processes across all production sites, identifying data requirements, and defining the BI structure platform. Additionally, you will drive the Strategy and Deployment process, defining KPIs across P&P, and own the agenda to bridge the gap between automation projects and digital solutions.
