About the Role

The position of Automotive Business Lead is responsible for supporting the Region and their team of Specialists in leading dealer performance discussions regarding Share, Sales, CSI, Facility, and Capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Making network development strategy for Denmark and implementing it accordingly.
  2. Developing and executing a Market Representation Business Plan that accomplishes the following:
    1. Identifying dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction, and character.
    2. Strengthening dealer profitability.
    3. Facilitating BYD network development.
    4. Achieving volume and share growth objectives.
  3. Defining and implementing a network plan in the assigned market, executing the BYD network consolidation strategy to right-size the network.
  4. Managing Performance Improvement Growth Process at underperforming BYD stores, identifying opportunities for improvement or replacement.
  5. Leading dealership and related contract/agreement negotiation, coordinating with relevant resources to adjust business processes and align task roles.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, business management or engineering background preferred.
  2. At least 8 years of related working experience in the Automotive industry within the hiring regions.
  3. Expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry reports.
  4. Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development.
  5. Proficient English is a must.
  6. Experience in multiple roles is a plus.
