Role OverviewThis role involves designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously enhancing Genmab's global finance data analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with global finance teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Support stakeholders with data access, extraction, and reporting to enhance decision-making.
- Develop insights across multiple finance areas using data mining and analytics tools, supporting both statutory and management reporting.
- Identify and implement innovative technical and process-based solutions, including system enhancements, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
- Develop scalable data-driven content and financial reports for use by business stakeholders to measure financial performance and efficiency.
- Lead the functional design and development of reports and dashboards, following Genmab's project documentation standards.
A strong background in finance, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.
