We are looking for a talented Blade Production Engineer to join our Tooling Concept & Validation department at Vestas.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative tooling solutions for new Vestas blade products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality tools. Your expertise in design, development, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment will be essential in driving efficiency and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tooling solutions that meet Vestas' quality standards
- Prioritize safety in development and collaborate with HS&E colleagues to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments using FMEA tools to identify potential issues
- Deliver top-quality engineering support to Technology Transfer projects
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- Experience in design, development, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment
- Proficiency in Design for Six Sigma, green or black belt
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and measurement systems
- EU Driver's license
