Pharmaceutical Formulation Specialist
Symphogen, a leading antibody center of excellence in oncology and immune oncology, is seeking an experienced Drug Product Scientist. This role offers the opportunity to participate in the development of innovative antibody drug products, contributing to groundbreaking biopharmaceutical innovation that improves patients' lives.

As we advance our mission to pioneer cancer and inflammatory/autoimmune disease treatments, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive our drug product process development. The successful candidate will oversee clinical drug product manufacturing, conduct non-GMP and GMP stability studies, develop formulations, perform in-use compatibility studies, and author regulatory documentation.

About this Role:
- Develop liquid and lyophilized drug product processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead clinical drug product manufacturing, ensuring high-quality products that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Conduct non-GMP and GMP stability studies to assess the physical and chemical properties of proteins, including reference material.
- Collaborate on formulation development to create effective and safe drug products.
- Investigate in-use compatibility to ensure drug product stability and efficacy.
- Author and submit regulatory documents, providing detailed information on drug products, processes, and results.

Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with knowledge of protein properties and GMP practices.
- A relevant master's degree, such as cand.pharm., cand.scient., or equivalent qualifications.
