About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join IKEA's warehouse team as a forklift driver. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and handling goods, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a safe working environment. If you are a motivated and physically capable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Receive and handle goods by unloading trucks and loading them into the warehouse using reach trucks and powered stackers
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain a fully stocked store
* Handle goods and stocktake, updating IT systems accordingly
* Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers in the working area
* Maintain machinery and clean up the department

Skills and Qualifications

* Valid license for operating forklift trucks and experience with driving both reach trucks and powered stackers
* Physical ability to handle hard manual labor
* Ability to work during the night and early hours of the day
* Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a team
* Willingness to acquire a Danish forklift license if not already held

Working Hours

* Average working hours: 12 hours per week
* Variable shifts primarily in the early morning hours from 04:00 AM-10:20 AM
* Occasional weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays
