Main Responsibilities
  • In close collaboration with the Regional Head of Security EMEA, you will deploy and implement strategic priorities to drive security risk assessments and define relevant mitigations against identified risks to protect LEGO assets, property, and people.
  • You will be responsible for defining requirements for security infrastructure at different sites in Denmark and ensuring existing security infrastructure operates and is maintained according to standards and budgets.
  • You will lead daily security operations in accordance with defined standards, budgets, and performance measures.
  • You will manage external contracts and partnerships for outsourced security services in Denmark, ensuring regular follow-up on performance and ongoing efficiency optimization.
  • You will facilitate the ongoing development and maintenance of local Contingency Plans for the LEGO Group's activities in Denmark in collaboration with relevant areas, functions, and specialists.
  • You will mobilize Local Site Emergency Management teams in Billund and/or Copenhagen in the event of incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication to and between partners (e.g., Legal, HR, Operations, EHS, Governmental & Public Affairs, Local Facility) and timely reporting to Regional Director on status and result.
