Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Set the stage for a truly memorable experience for our guests, handling any questions and helping out with requests.
• Reservations and Payments: Take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally help out the team on the floor.
• Anticipating Needs: Stay ahead of the beat, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions so that our guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a busy Front of House role; you genuinely care about making people feel welcome and looked after.
• Guest Focus: Nothing is an issue for you - you know what our guests want even before they do.
• Team Player: You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
