We are expanding and seeking an Analyst to join our Financial Strategy team in Copenhagen, which is a specialist unit within Corporate Banking. The team undertakes strategic advisory projects for clients across various segments.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our Corporate Banking team, you will contribute to providing strategic advisory projects covering all aspects of Capital Structure, collaborating closely with relevant product areas. You will attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and develop theme-based pitches. You will be part of SEB's global Financial Strategy team, working alongside professionals across multiple offices.

Requirements
We seek an effective team player with a willingness to expand knowledge and develop within SEB's advisory field. You should have a creative mindset, passion for learning, and a collaborative nature. A master's degree from a University/Business School with focus on financial analysis skills is required, along with excellent technical skills within MS Office. You need to be structured and able to work on several simultaneous projects across different countries.

In addition to educational and technical skills, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong interest in Investment Banking, focusing on the largest clients in home markets
  • Strong quantitative skills paired with strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work equally well independently and in group settings
  • Excellent language skills in Danish and English – both oral and written

You will demonstrate yourself to be a person with integrity, initiative, and high productivity, consistently delivering high-quality work products. You need to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and represent SEB's values effectively.
