Senior Project Manager for Raw Materials

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for Raw Materials to lead our project management efforts in the Processes & Raw Material Specifications department. As a key member of our Material Manufacturing Development (Mat. ManDev) – RAW team, you will be responsible for driving project management excellence and ensuring compliance with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing projects from inception to execution, focusing on compliance and process improvement initiatives within the department. This includes ensuring proper implementation of compliance projects, driving process improvement projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing compliance- and improvement projects within Raw Materials, Excipients, Process aids, and Single-Use Systems;
- Steering project teams through all project phases, establishing and overseeing project schedules, and offering guidance and motivation;
- Promoting inter-team coordination, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing project needs;
- Scoping and defining new initiatives and process improvements with assistance from the professionals in the department.
You will work closely with GMP material scientists and other project managers supporting the department, as well as communicate across all levels and business areas in the organization. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
