About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at LitePoint. As a key member of our global support organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers in the wireless test market.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to customers using LitePoint's wireless test solutions, resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage technical issues, develop solutions, and meet project deadlines.
  • Support customers in design activities at their labs, helping them prepare for manufacturing builds with optimal test solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with wireless communication standards, automated test requirements, and RF physical layers to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and perform quality assurance to validate solutions before release.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining insight into their needs and direction.
  • Provide training and support to local partners.

Requirements

  • MS EE or equivalent studies preferred.
  • Knowledge of RF basics and RF transmitter, receiver architecture.
  • Understanding of RF PHY layer for at least one wireless communication standard, such as WLAN, Bluetooth, 802.15z, UWB, 5G, or 3GPP Cellular.
  • Familiarity with RF/system level test equipment, such as Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience with automated test programs and scripts in C/C++ and Python.
  • Test and measurement experience in the wireless telecom industry is a plus.
