About the Role
At Reckitt Benckiser, we are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our Nordics Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business results and providing strategic financial insights to support our growth goals.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Monthly Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly reporting decks, gathering commentary and insights to provide context and drive business decisions.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Participate in the preparation of financial forecasts and plans, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to meet regional and group deadlines.
- CFC Planning and Forecasting: Manage Commercial Fixed Costs (CFC) budgeting and spend analysis, identifying key variances and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and integrity.
The Experience We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have:
- University Degree: In business administration, controlling, or economics.
- FP&A Experience: 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A.
- Financial Modelling: Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities in English, with the ability to navigate stakeholder relationships with ease.
