- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure adherence to budget and resource allocations. Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during ERP system implementations. Identify potential risks and barriers to change, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
- International Project Management: Navigate the complexities of international projects, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and logistical considerations. To succeed in this role, you should have a PRINCE2 certification or similar project management education, along with proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (approximately 3-5 years). You should also demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies, potentially from former consulting roles. Additionally, you should have experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics.
