About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Test Lead to join our team at Epico-IT APS. As a key member of our strategic management team, you will play a crucial role in building and implementing test management capabilities across JYSK.

As a Transformation Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring organisational adoption of test methodology and framework, developing test strategies, plans and reporting mechanisms, coordination testing activities across departments, leading a community of practice, driving continuous improvements of test capabilities, coaching testers and scrum teams, and supporting the buildup of automated test and deployment capabilities.

What You Will Do
  • Evaluate and implement test methodologies and frameworks that align with JYSK's scaled agile practices
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure seamless testing across departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
  • Lead a community of practice to foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and innovation in test management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Coach and mentor testers and scrum teams to improve their skills and processes
  • Support the development of automated test and deployment capabilities to streamline testing and delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and implementing test strategies and frameworks, preferably in a large international organisation
  • Strong understanding of QA and Test Management principles, combined with scaled agile practices
  • Leadership experience, including matrix leadership or coaching, with a focus on people and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English (Danish is considered a plus)
  • Results-driven and decisive, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
