Programmatic Director

We are seeking a visionary Director of Programmatic to lead our dynamic organization. In this role, you will oversee and enhance all aspects of our programmatic deliveries, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing a clear and ambitious direction for GroupM's programmatic offering.
- Have direct management of a leadership group comprising Team Leads and Practice Leads, ensuring a motivated and functional leadership group.
- Support employee development and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Hold full commercial and operational responsibility, ensuring effective execution of programmatic campaigns and delivery on financial targets.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and programmatic buying.
- Visionary and strategic thinking, paired with strong implementation skills.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly in managing relationships across multiple agencies.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
- Operational management experience, including project planning and execution, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
