About the Role:

  • Maintain adherence to company HSE policies and guidelines through effective communication between shop floor and management teams.
  • Promote safety practices to protect employees, contractors, and visitors from potential risks.
  • Coordinate internal HSE processes, including Permit to Work, Safenotes, inspections, PPE support, chemicals, safety meetings, and contractor introductions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing enhancements to internal guidelines and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to company HSE policies and guidelines.
  • Promote Safety: Advocate for incident prevention to protect employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Coordinate HSE Processes: Manage and maintain internal HSE processes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to internal guidelines and work instructions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the HSE field.
  • Familiarity with relevant HSE software.
  • AMO course, OSHA certification, NEBOSH certification or other relevant H&S qualifications.
  • Fluency in Danish preferred for effective communication with the shop floor.
