About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment through continuous improvement initiatives and preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and performance.
  • Handle deviations and change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact production targets.
  • Collaborate with skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of tolerances, fine adjustments, and other areas that drive optimal performance of filling lines.
  • Perform detailed documentation work to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances, and experience leveraging these aspects to enhance performance.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment or other highly regulated environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Danish or English, with willingness to learn Danish or existing knowledge of Danish.

You will be joining a highly motivated department consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary task is to prepare for the production start-up of a brand-new isolator filling line.
