About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Co-founders, focusing on renewable energy and grid stability. As a Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions that drive the energy sector forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions that focus on demand response systems, aggregated Virtual Power Plants (VPPs), and AI-driven load balancing.
  • Implement platforms that incentivize consumers to adjust their energy usage during peak periods, ensuring a stable and resilient grid.
  • Create platforms that aggregate distributed energy resources (DERs) to function as a unified power plant, optimizing energy distribution and reliability for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Utilize artificial intelligence to forecast and balance grid demand in real-time, minimizing the risk of outages and enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to innovate and disrupt the energy sector.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in renewable energy, grid management, or related technologies.
  • Technical expertise in VPPs, demand response, and AI applications in energy management.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, driving projects from concept to execution.
About You
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated passion for energy innovation.
  • Experience in operating within high-growth startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, CEO/COO/CTO/CPO of start-up companies is desirable and advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for energy innovation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
