About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Producer to lead our game development team at Raw Power Games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and tracking efforts to deliver engaging gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement production processes and standards to ensure high-quality game development.
  • Collaborate with other Producers to ensure project focus and velocity are maintained.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Mentor leads and developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present status reports to management.
  • Develop and maintain a risk register to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in game development.
  • Producer or Associate Producer role on 1 or more published PC or Console AA Game.
  • Experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of AA game production and operations, including all phases from pre-production to LiveOps.
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions and willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Development background.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive mentality and ability to work autonomously.
