We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Innovation Manager to drive the transformation of our Data Platform and Analytics landscape. As a key member of our international and high-performing tech team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge data solutions that enable advanced analytics and business-critical insights.

Your primary focus will be on programme coordination, workstream coordination, technical understanding, risk management, stakeholder communication, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering and Architecture leaders, Data Engineers, and Business stakeholders to drive the delivery of transformational programs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our project managers, architects, engineering and analytics teams, managing our technical suppliers and collaborating closely with business partners to implement the change.

The programme will involve delivering a major technical step change that will transform our one-stop shop for business-critical KPIs and will enable advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Environments, and general software engineering domains.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, or similar.
  • Proven experience in creating presentations tailored to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical programmes across various organizations in an international context.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with a relevant Agile certification.
