About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Business Partner to join our team at Ørsted, a global leader in renewable energy. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with a team of process and management system experts to support process owners and content creators in developing, optimising, and implementing process and documents within our ISO-certified management system.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing expert advice on process management, change management, ISO compliance, and our integrated management system.
  • Drive the agenda for standardisation and optimisation of existing processes, ensuring alignment and strong interfaces across technologies, regions, and departments.
  • Support process owners and content creators globally with process development, improvement, and standardisation through delivery of workshops and facilitation of training on process management.
  • Secure the highest level of quality in processes by conducting quality assurance checks to ensure they are simple, easy to follow, value creating, and match our internal conventions and standards.
  • Advise and coach on change management principles and best practice to secure the robust rollout and implementation of processes across the organisation.
  • Support internal improvement projects and initiatives, acting as a project resource and leading transformation activities and workstreams.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with process management systems and familiarity with process mapping techniques, principles, and best practice – experience with ISO standards would be an advantage.
  • Skilled facilitator and presenter, with experience of delivering workshops and training, able to communicate complex information in a simple, easy-to-follow manner.
  • Experienced in change management with an understanding of principles and techniques required to plan, control, implement, and embed effective change to processes and ways of working.
  • Natural ability to network and build respectful, collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders, while not being afraid to challenge perspectives.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, solution-oriented, independently solving complex problems with a pragmatic, structured approach, and an understanding of the business needs of our partners.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
