- Bachelor's or Master's degree within Production Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Design & Innovation; Product Development & Innovation; Chemical engineering; Data Science or related fields.
- Confidence or curiosity in areas such as Lean and process optimization, process mapping and visualizations, analysis of optimization opportunities, IT & Automation, and GMP experience.
- Hands-on learning experience in a variety of tasks and projects across innovation & design, robotics, manufacturing intelligence, digitalization, and automation.
- Opportunity to work independently while consulting colleagues/experts and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Collaborative environment with agile workflows and excellent language skills in English required.
