The Role of a Compensation & Benefits Controller
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our salary processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing global payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee wages.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate local rules and regulations.
- Maintaining and updating the salary process to ensure maximum automation.
- Establishing and enforcing payroll audit controls and formalized processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant educational background required.
- Proven experience working with global payroll procedures essential.
- Knowledge of best practice payroll procedures and tax regulations mandatory.
- Experience with Excel necessary, with Zenegy experience being advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, as our company language.
