AI/ML Quality Assurance Lead with Test Automation Expertise

Workday Denmark ApS is seeking an experienced AI/ML Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the implementation of a holistic test strategy for data and model evaluation, as well as fundamental ML pipeline testing and monitoring.
About the Role- We are looking for someone with strong experience in quality assurance and test automation, with a focus on AI/ML.
- A deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential.
- Experience in statistical analysis or machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs) is also required.
- This role involves working closely with ML engineers, MLOps engineers, and other QA engineers to ensure a common understanding and implementation of best practices.
- The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a comprehensive test strategy for data and model evaluation.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for ML pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Contribute to the development of quality and testing processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Giskard, and Garak.
- Familiarity with AI/ML system design and life cycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Estimated Salary: DKK 120,000 - 180,000 per year.
