Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing long-term marketing strategies, as well as a proven track record in communication development and business intuition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing strategies to deliver on brand and commercial objectives, with a focus on the Kids consumer group. This includes:
- Developing and bringing to life key parts of the Global Marketing strategy for LEGO Star Wars, with a special focus on communication, innovation, strategy, and deployment.
- Creating and carrying out best-in-class Owned, Earned, Shared & Paid (OESP) marketing campaigns; including continuous engagement and a robust, insights-based communication toolbox.
- Driving alignment and orchestration across a wide spectrum of internal and external collaborators.
- Fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership with IP Partner to unlock shared marketing opportunities.
- Exploring new channels and discovering new ways of engaging Star Wars kids and families.
