Job Description

This Production Quality Engineer role is a key position in our RTW Production team. You will be responsible for ensuring the final fit, finish, and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production Managers and the Quality Manager to strengthen the fit, quality, and finish standard from suppliers.
  • Follow up on customer and sales feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage critical paths within the production lead-times in correspondence with the rest of the production team.
  • Maintain and validate product master data in our system as well as comply with workflow and other supporting tools.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience from a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of fit, patternmaking, and garment construction.
  • Expertise within cost engineering and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Proactive approach to identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with a value-driven commitment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of both verbal and writing English.
  • Flair for working with multiple digital tools and platforms as well as a high level of accuracy.
