About the Role

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our Electrical Department in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and contributing to the development of innovative engineering design projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day activities in the team and provide visible, tangible leadership.
  • Support employees in projects with coaching and guidance.
  • Lead the continued competence development of employees in the team through our Performance and Development Process.
  • Participate in the recruitment process of new team employees.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's and discipline's business plan and implementation into the department and teams.
  • Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and optimize the services and lead the process for optimizing engineering solutions to meet current and future market and client demands.
  • Act as an Electrical Lead Engineer and Project Manager on own projects.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Team Lead with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management. You will have a Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering and several years of documented experience in electrical design within P2X, power generation, offshore wind, or similar industries. You will also have significant project management experience and preferably some experience with people management.
