Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support and services to our customers.

About the Role

The Technical Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers, including product installation, implementation, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with our R&D and product owners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to customers
  • Install and implement new products
  • Assist with pre-sales activities
  • Provide phone support
  • Main product: T-DOC - our sterile supply management software
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a technical IT supporter or application specialist
  • Team player with enthusiasm and care
  • Comfortable working in a structured manner
  • Experience with customer contact and delivering training or implementation on-site
  • Solid experience with general IT and software
  • Understanding of good customer service and ability to align expectations
  • Self-driven and eager to learn
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Willingness to travel
