AI Trainer

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As an AI Trainer, you will be responsible for training and supporting our customers on how to use our AI products, such as chatbots, emailbots, and voicebots.

• Understand our clients' business needs and help them maximize value using our AI platform.
• Train our customers on how to use our AI solutions, build and configure solutions with our clients, and plan and execute the launch of our solutions at customers.
• Deliver and build solutions on-time with our customers, maximizing value for our customers.
• Build strong relationships with our clients and support them in using our products and making the right customer service decisions.
• Be part of a dynamic delivery organization working closely with our team of AI Trainers.
• Gather and provide feedback for our roadmap for new features.

• Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written).
• A bachelor's degree or above, or alternatively, a high-school education focused on tech and/or communication.
• An analytical brain that can quickly identify and suggest enhancements for our solutions at customers as well as product improvements.
• Business understanding to work closely with clients and partners.
• A confident communicator.
• Interest in tech, easy learner, eager to learn, and perhaps some tech background.
