About the role
We are looking for a skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our Engineering team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving reporting on ongoing incident trendlines, as well as facilitating weekly meetings with senior management and C-level personnel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the Incident Management Process and improve its effectiveness
- Streamline the process to adhere to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Responsible for resolving incidents with client/business impact in a timely manner
- Manage external client communication in cooperation with Client facing teams
- Contribute to Problem Management work and participate in Post-Mortem meetings
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an applicable role
- Expertise or experience in Problem and Change Management processes
- Solid project management skills
- Pragmatic approach with a solid understanding of payments processing and financial IT infrastructure from an operational perspective
- Good understanding of the financial industry and analytic foundation
