Global Supply Chain Optimization Manager

At Novo Nordisk A/S, we're seeking a talented Global Supply Chain Optimization Manager to join our Inbound Supply Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving category optimization projects within a structured Category Team set-up, and across the inbound supply chain.
The ideal candidate has:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field
- 2-3 years relevant previous experience, preferably within pharma or other highly regulated industry
- GMP knowledge and risk management skills - considered as a plus
- Professional English proficiency
You'll work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to identify better practices, drive process improvements, and act as a role model in the category and department.
About the department
Our Packaging Material Supply Management team is part of the Inbound Supply Management (ISM) residing on the area Sourcing Operations (SoOp). We're responsible for planning, purchasing, distribution, and warehousing of packaging materials going into Novo Nordisk production worldwide.
