About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated part-time Student Analyst to join our Management Finance team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute and grow with us, putting their analytical skills into practice while working together with experienced professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Handle incoming requests and vendor invoices in a shared email inbox">
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate dimension values of vendor invoices before sending them into approval flows">
  • Process vendor invoices through internal approval processes and ensure timely follow-ups">
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data">
  • Accurately process AP invoices">
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships">
  • Manage company cards and private outlays">
  • Conduct customer and vendor controlling activities">
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required">

About You

">

We are looking for a top-performing student in their final year of a bachelor's degree or first year of a relevant master's degree, with a strong academic record and excellent analytical skills. Prior experience or knowledge of ERP systems like Business Central is beneficial, but not essential.
