At Grundfos, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in our transformation journey with the newly established Water Treatment Europe organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving FP&A activities on the Water Treatment Europe level, including monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. This involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to key stakeholders, implementing performance reporting in the Water Treatment Europe Organization, and conducting root cause analysis and continuous improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive FP&A activities on the Water Treatment Europe level, including monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Collect, analyze, and report financial data to key stakeholders.
  • Implement performance reporting in the Water Treatment Europe Organization.
  • Study financial data to spot trends, patterns, and make forecasts.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Assist in business decision-making and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses and present findings in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Experience in financial data analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Finance Business Partners and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
