About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join our team at Autorola A/S. As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high levels of system support to your colleagues and contributing to the success of our global used vehicle auction system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level support for incoming calls and tickets for the Marketplace administration and front-end systems.
  • Analyze, describe, and handover more demanding cases to 3rd level support/development.
  • Support the development of support processes and manuals.
  • Extract data, create statistics, and generate reports.
  • Expand and develop our internal documentation.

Requirements:

  • System Support: Proven track record in providing system support.
  • IT Systems and Data: Strong aptitude for IT systems and data management.
  • English Proficiency: High professional level of spoken and written English.
  • Analytical Skills: Good ability to interpret and resolve issue descriptions.
