The Position

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Manager to lead the development and implementation of our beverage programs. You will work closely with our bar teams to create and maintain unique cocktail and drinks menus that reflect the identity of each venue.

  1. Menu Development: Develop and implement new cocktail and drinks menus every quarter to align with each venue's concept.
  2. Training and Education: Conduct regular training sessions for bartenders, focusing on technical skills and brand knowledge.
  3. Operational Involvement: Work at least two bar shifts per week across venues to stay connected to daily operations and ensure quality.

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a passion for creating new concepts.

  3. Organization: Skilled in organization, analysis, and process optimization.

  6. Leadership: Hires, trains, and retains talented bartenders, fostering a positive working environment.
  7. Communication: Collaborates effectively with kitchen and leadership teams, handles feedback constructively, and provides a welcoming guest experience.
  8. Technical Expertise: Strong background in mixology, flavor pairing, and cocktail innovation.
