Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead to spearhead our customers' needs: leading, planning and executing complex CAPEX projects within GMP regulated areas such as the pharma/biotech and food segments.

About the Role

  • Leading project teams with comprehensive experience in project management disciplines including stakeholder management, tactical and practical management of design, management of engineering providers/vendors/contractors.
  • Demonstrating leadership skills to stay calm and focused even under pressure while understanding the value of teamwork, sharing knowledge, and a good laugh at the office.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in Engineering or similar.
  • 10+ years of experience within Project Management.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. IPMA, PMI) is an advantage.
  • A track record in delivering strong results from CAPEX projects.
  • Good understanding of requirements and standards applicable in the pharma industry.
  • Solid reasoning, analytical, and people skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
