The company SVENDBORG BRAKES ApS is a leading brand of intelligent brake solutions with a strong focus on sustainability.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Lean Transformation Specialist. As a Lean Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the implementation and evolution of lean tools and methodologies in our facilities.

Your primary objective will be to apply lean tools and methodologies to achieve continuous improvement and business objectives. This includes coaching and mentoring leaders in the lean tool box, exemplifying a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, and collaborating with leadership to prioritize top-level improvement priorities.

You will also be responsible for training associates on continuous improvement methods, leading and coaching Kaizen events, and ensuring that all levels of the organization are engaged in the lean transformation process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a technical discipline. A Black Belt in Lean or equivalent experience in a lean business system is highly desirable.

You should have experience with Lean transformation and rollout, business strategy planning/development, and good business and financial understanding. Additionally, you should be able to engage with all levels of the organization, including training competences, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
