Contract Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our Contract Management team at Aeven A/S. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our complex IT outsourcing contracts and ensuring that our contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contractual advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate and obtain good commercial arrangements
  • Review and provide counselling on new offerings and best practices
  • Develop and implement contract management tools and processes
  • Manage and implement changes to contracts
  • Identify and proactively manage contractual and commercial risks
  • Consult and escalate to senior management on current and potential issues and risks
  • Act as the primary contact between the account team and/or business unit and Legal
  • Train account and delivery teams in contract terms and commercial mindset
  • Inform account teams of contract requirements and monitor compliance and fulfillment of contractual obligations
Requirements:
  • Strong professional background in contract, vendor or delivery management
  • Several years of experience in managing or working with large IT outsourcing contracts and IT transition/transformation projects
  • Commercial mindset with excellent insight into contractual matters
  • Solid understanding of IT operation and application development
  • Familiarity with ITIL 3.0/4.0
  • Fluency in Danish and English
