About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Leman A/S. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing our company's accounts receivable and ensuring that payments are collected promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Incoming Payment Processing: You will be responsible for processing incoming payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collections: You will work with customers to resolve any outstanding debts and ensure that payments are made on time.
  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues: Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers is crucial for success in this role.
  • Dispute Resolution: You will work closely with customers to resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
  • Reconciliation: You will be responsible for reconciling accounts and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with accounts receivable software and a background in finance would be an asset, but not required.
