About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Nanofabrication Engineer to join our client's state-of-the-art semiconductor and fabrication laboratory in Kongens Lyngby. This cutting-edge facility is one of the largest in Europe, offering a dynamic environment with scientists, researchers, and engineers who push the boundaries of computing.
">This research program spans 7 sites across 3 continents, focusing on complex materials science and fabrication as the foundation and enablers of qubit devices. Our client's research involves intricate stacks of different materials combined at the nanoscale, requiring high repeatability of fabrication processes. The fabrication of qubit devices is a challenging multistep process that pushes the limits of nanotechnology and nanopatterning techniques.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Executing daily fabrication and measurement tasks according to standard operating procedures and pre-agreed flows.">
- Maintaining process control and reporting any deviations.">
- Providing service delivery expertise in operating micro- and nanofabrication tools or other relevant expertise.">
- Communicating and reporting to the lead person.">
- Ensuring continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.">
Requirements and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with a master's degree in an experimental science such as physics, chemistry, or nanotechnology.
">- A Master's degree in materials science, nanoscience, physics, or similar is required.">
- Hands-on experience in a cleanroom/Lab with semiconductor processing is essential.">
- Understanding of clean room rules, protocols, and practice is necessary.">
Nice to Have:
">- Experience with Electron Beam Lithography.">
- Experience in metrology with tools such as Optical Microscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) as well as image processing for automated Critical Dimension (CD) measurements.">
- Handling samples.">
- Experience in processing with III-V material systems.">
