About the Department

Manufacturing Capacity Insights is a central function within PS AM Business Development & Support that sets the framework for capacity management related processes. Our team ensures alignment within the Aseptic Manufacturing organisation and with Global Supply Chain functions to optimise S/D balancing on tactical and strategic horizons.

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Optimization Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing long-term and mid-term capacity estimates for tactical and strategic planning while ensuring alignment within complex global stakeholder landscape.
  • Managing supply risk portfolio and driving execution and follow-up of mitigating actions.
  • Performing forecasting, scenario planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Representing Aseptic Manufacturing in relevant supply review and project meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • A thorough understanding of and experience with the logistical setup in a manufacturing company, including internal and external dependencies of flow and data.
  • LEAN experience and mindset.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Management and Change Management experience.

This role would require fluency in both written and spoken English.
