About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Business Controller - Project Management to join our team at Alfa Laval. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely financial follow-up of our large-scale projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Project Follow-up: Ensure the accurate and timely financial follow-up of our large-scale projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage main stakeholders, including Project Managers, Order Managers, and Head of Engineering & Supply.
  • Accounting Transactions: Responsible for accurate and appropriate recording of accounting transactions within Work in Progress.
  • Financial Support: Provide financial support to project management, including updating budgets and timelines.
  • KPIs and Compliance: Implement and maintain financial project follow-up ensuring compliance with statutory and group rules, and create and maintain relevant KPIs to ensure accountability within the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: Strong background in accounting, solid IT competencies within MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, and business intelligence.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Danish is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive and committed self-starter with good implementation skills, a well-developed sense of ownership, and a likable and trustworthy person.
