Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at GN ReSound. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction for Marketing Operations, ensuring alignment to departmental and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for Marketing Operations to ensure alignment to departmental and overall business goals.
  2. Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the print and digital content lifecycle, including the implementation of fulfillment portal systems, creation of process documentation, and development of training materials.
  3. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance by owning the management of creation protocols that adhere to the regulations of our industry and company procedures.
  4. Process Optimization: Foster an environment of continuous improvement to optimize system and process efficiency in collaboration with key cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  5. Budget Management: Monitor and proactively work to keep projects within budget while providing strategic insights for cost optimization.
  6. Partner Management: Drive mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external agency partners to create and produce materials in alignment with our brand guidelines and high-quality expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated capability of leading, motivating, and developing team members.
  2. Positive team player with excellent organization, time management, and task management skills.
  3. Ability to take initiative while working independently and comfortable with ambiguity.
  4. Exceptional analytic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills driven by a strong sense of ethics and pragmatism.
  5. Proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
  6. Skilled communicator building interpersonal relationships at all levels to achieve collective success.
  7. Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and oversee execution with attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency with core Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  9. Familiarity with and implementation of Project Management Tools such as Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 3-5 years of experience leading a team.
  2. Experience working in marketing operations, print & fulfillment, or related field.
  3. Experience working with Hearing Aids or other medical devices is a plus.
  4. Experience, training, and/or certifications specializing in continuous improvement and process engineering are a bonus.

Working Environment: Combination of office setting and remote (home-based) work.

Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk/workstation are required.

Travel: Less than 10%.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time: 40 Hours/Week, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
