The IRCT International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims is seeking an Evaluation Specialist to conduct a thorough assessment of its Livelihoods Project. This project explores the integration of socioeconomic support into rehabilitation services for torture survivors, aiming to determine the impact on their mental health and well-being.

The successful candidate will review existing data, conduct interviews with member organizations, and provide strategic insights on improving and sustaining this approach. A background in psychology, psychotherapy, sociology, anthropology, mental health, global health, or international development is essential.

This is a mid-senior level contract position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent English writing abilities, and a passion for improving rehabilitation services for torture survivors.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • • Conduct an evaluation of the outcomes of the Livelihoods Project to assess the impact of integrating socioeconomic support on the rehabilitation of torture survivors.
  • • Review and analyze existing data from reports, articles, and other sources.
  • • Conduct interviews and focus groups with member organizations to gather information.
  • • Provide strategic insights on improving and sustaining this approach.
