As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for managing key HR reporting and communication processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing the execution of all monthly HR reports, challenging and continuously improving reporting processes and content shared with the DCS organization, leveraging organizational data and metrics to create insightful presentations, collaborating with Group HR and other Danfoss segments to align HR practices with business needs, and developing and supporting presentations for recurring and ad-hoc HR communications.

As a trusted advisor to the DCS HR community, you will ensure transparency and alignment across monthly reporting, data management, compliance, and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with global HR professionals and business leaders, ensuring seamless HR processes and high-quality data management.
