Experienced Pharmaceutical Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Pharmaceutical Process Analyst to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data to extract correlation and causation for process understanding, comprehending data from Quality Control (QC) analysis, and developing, maintaining, and recommending statistical process control charts for process monitoring.

As a Process Improvement Specialist in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, you will utilize a science, data-based approach for quantifying process deviations and operate in a team-based approach for recommending process improvements and optimizations. This role offers a great opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of manufacturing across the organization, in close collaboration with other colleagues in Novo Nordisk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large amounts of data for extracting correlation and causation for process understanding.
  • Comprehend data from Quality Control (QC) analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and recommend statistical process control charts for process monitoring.
  • Utilize a science, data-based approach for quantifying process deviations.
  • Operate in a team-based approach for recommending process improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's or a master's degree in chemistry, natural science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in the area.
  • Understanding of scientific principles required for manufacturing pharmaceutical substances related to the interaction of chemistry and equipment.
  • Ability to monitor data and extract information independently.
  • A curiosity for connecting the understanding of process science to product quality.
  • An appetite for solving complex problems applying a systematic approach to manage complexity and reach feasible applicable solutions.
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English. Knowledge of Danish or other languages is considered a plus.
